手术室保温护理在降低全身麻醉手术患者术后应激反应及减少并发症的效果

摘要目的探讨手术室保温护理在降低全身麻醉手术患者应激反应和减少并发症的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月～2019年12月荆州市第三人民医院接收的68例全身麻醉患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（34例）与观察组（34例）。对照组采取常规护理，观察组实施手术室保温护理，比较两组的应激指标水平、并发症总发生率和护理总满意度。结果两组护理前的肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、C反应蛋白水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组护理后的肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组，并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论全身麻醉术期手术室保温护理的应用，不仅可改善术后应激反应，且能尽量避免并发症的发生，促进护理满意度提高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of operating room insulation nursing in reducing postoperative stress response and complication in patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery.Methods A total of 68 patients undergoing general anesthesia in the Jingzhou Third People′s Hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(34 cases)and the observation group(34 cases)using the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given operating room insulation nursing.The stress index levels,total incidences of complication and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of epinephrine,norepinephrine,and C-reactive protein of the observation group before nursing were not statistically different from those of the control group(P＞0.05).The levels of epinephrine,norepinephrine,and C-reactive protein in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complication of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of operating room insulation improves postoperative stress response,avoids complications as much as possible,and promotes improvement of nursing satisfaction in general anesthesia surgery.It is worthy of clinical promotion and adoption.
