Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intestinal function training combined with defecation training to intervene in patients after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 69 postoperative cerebral hemorrhage patients in the Second People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the routine group(n=34)and the training group(n=35)by the random number table method.The routine group received routine interventions in neurology,and patients in the training group received intestinal function training and defecation training on the basis of the routine group.The clinical intervention effect,the severity of constipation,the use of laxatives or enema,and the quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the clinical intervention effect of the training group was better than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the severity of constipation was lighter than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The utilization rates of laxative and enema in the training group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,patient assessment of constipation quality of life questionnaire(PAC-QOL)scores of constipation patients in both groups were lower than those before intervention,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The PAC-QOL score of the training group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of intestinal function training and defecation training in patients after cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the severity of constipation,reduce the use of laxatives and enema,ameliorate the quality of life,and improve the effect of intervention.
