Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of neuroendoscopy combined with postoperative controlled drainage in the treatment of intracerebral hematoma. Methods A total of 40 patients with intracerebral hematoma admitted to Jieyang People′s Hospital from January 2017 to June 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method with 20 cases in each group. The experimental group were treated with neuroendoscopic intracerebral hematoma clearance, and postoperative drainage tube was used with controlled drainage. The control group were treated with drilling puncture and drainage of intracerebral hematoma. After the operation, the hematoma clearance rate, drainage tube indwelling time, postoperative urokinase ratio, glasgow outcome scale(GOS)score and whether there was excessive drainage were compared between the two groups. Results The hematoma clearance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indwelling time of drainage tube in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of urokinase in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).GOS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of excessive drainage in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of neuroendoscopy in the treatment of intracerebral hematoma is better than that of drilling and drainage of hematoma.
