准护士岗前培训班对ICU护士综合素质的培养效果及对人才储备的影响

摘要目的探讨准护士岗前培训班对重症监护病房（ICU）护士综合素质的培养效果及对人才储备的影响。方法选取2017～2019年九江市第一人民医院准护士岗前培训班招录的在ICU轮转的学员46名，设为观察组。选取2017～2019年招录的在ICU轮转的聘用护士46名，设为对照组，未参加准护士岗前培训班。比较两组护理人员应急能力测评成绩、理论考试和操作考试成绩的合格率、护士核心能力及带教老师的满意度。结果观察组护士病情观察、应急配合及抢救程序测评成绩均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护士理论考试和操作考试成绩合格率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护士核心能力各项评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组带教老师满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论准护士岗前培训班能够提升护士应急能力，提升理论操作考试合格率同时增加带教老师满意度，对护士核心能力的培养具有积极作用，同时利于医院进行合理的人才储备。

Abstract：Objective To explore training effect of pre-service training course for prospective nurses on comprehensive quality of intensive care unit(ICU)nurses and its influence on the reserve of talents.Methods A total of 46 ICU rotating trainees enrolled in the pre-service training course for prospective nurses of Jiujiang First People′s Hospital from 2017 to 2019 were selected as the observation group.A total of 46 recruited nurses who rotated in ICU from 2017 to 2019 were selected as the control group,and did not participate in the pre-service training course for prospective nurses.The results of the emergency response ability assessment,the qualified rate of the theoretical examination and the operational examination,the core competence of nurses and the satisfaction of the teaching teachers were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nurse condition observation,emergency cooperation and rescue procedure evaluation in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The qualified rate of theory examination and operation examination of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of core competence of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The teacher satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The pre-service training course for prospective nurses can improve the emergency response ability of nurses,improve the passing rate of theoretical operation examination and increase the satisfaction of teaching teachers,which has a positive effect on the cultivation of nurses′core competence and is conducive to the reasonable talent reserve of hospitals.
