Diversified teaching to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of standardized training residents

Abstract:Standardized training of residents has made great contributions to providing practical talents for the medical industry in China. However, there is still too much emphasis on clinical professional skills during the training, while neglecting the comprehensive training of humanities, education, science and other aspects, which has affected the training effect and quality of standardized training for residents in China to varying degrees. To this end, this article proposes the application of diversified teaching in the standardized training of residents, and takes the standardized training method of residents in our hospital as an example, proposing improvement suggestions from clinical skills, teaching and scientific research, and humanistic quality to improve standardized training to the comprehensive quality of residents and therefore to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of medical services.
