摘要目的 探讨微信平台远程教育对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖自我管理能力及分娩方式的影响。方法 选取2019年1~10月于赣州市妇幼保健院诊治的100例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予微信平台远程动态延续教育。比较两组患者餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平、依从性及分娩方式。结果 干预前,两组2 h PG、FBG、HbA1c水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组2 h PG水平为(6.52±1.35)mmol/L,FBG为(5.10±1.20)mmol/L,低于对照组的(7.81±1.30)mmol/L、(6.05±1.25)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组HbA1c水平为(6.04±0.25)%,低于对照组(6.67±0.65)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总依从性为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阴道分娩率90.00%(45/50),剖宫产率10.00%(5/50),对照组阴道分娩率72.00%(36/50),剖宫产率28.00%(14/50),观察组的阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者采用微信平台远程教育,能够起到动态延续教育的作用,提高患者对病情的重视,加强患者血糖自我管理能力及依从性,合理控制血糖水平,同时能够减少剖宫产率,起到改善患者妊娠结局的作用。
Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of WeChat platform distance education on blood glucose self-management ability and delivery mode in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes diagnosed and treated in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given WeChat platform remote dynamic continuing education.The levels of 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),compliance and delivery mode in two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no statistical significance in the levels of 2 h PG,FBG and HbA1c between the two groups at 2 h(P>0.05).After intervention,2 h PG level in the observation group was(6.52±1.35)mmol/L,FBG was(5.10±1.20)mmol/L,lower than those in the control group(7.81±1.30)mmol/L,(6.05±1.25)mmol/L,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HbA1c level in the observation group was(6.04±0.25)%,lower than that in the control group(6.67±0.65)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance of the observation group was 98.00%,higher than that of the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was 90.00%(45/50)and the cesarean section rate was 10.00%(5/50),while the vaginal delivery rate of the control group was 72.00%(36/50)and the cesarean section rate was 28.00%(14/50),the rate of vaginal delivery was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of WeChat platform distance education for patients with gestational diabetes can play the role of dynamic continuation education,improve the attention of patients to the condition,strengthen the ability of self-management and compliance of patients with blood glucose,reasonable control of blood glucose level,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and improve the pregnancy outcome of patients.
