Abstract：For the treatment of high anal fistula,Professor Mao Xi-yun believes that according to the patient's condition,the green anorectal treatment concept "minimally invasive,painless,safe and effective,humanistic care" should be guided,and comprehensive use of different surgical methods,accurate positioning of fistula and internal orifice,correct treatment of the internal orifice,complete removal of fistula,smooth drainage,and pay attention to protect the anal sphincter complex,to maintain the shape and function of the anus.Attention is paid to postoperative dressing change.Professor Mao Xi-yun believes that the quality of postoperative dressing change determines the success or failure of anal fistula operation.Anal fistula postoperative dressing,should ensure smooth drainage,should also pay attention to the gentle technique,avoid "fierce rub,fierce stab,fierce plug".Make good use of traditional Chinese medicine,Professor Mao Xi-yun believes that traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on relieving pain after anal fistula and promoting wound healing after anal fistula.Rational use of characteristic therapies of traditional Chinese medicine can improve patients' postoperative experience and shorten the time of wound healing.
