Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative administration of Dezocine on hyperalgesia after Remifentanil anesthesia, and compare the preventive effect of different doses of Dezocine. Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia in Pingshan People′s Hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects, according to the block randomization, they were divided into group A,group B and group C,with 30 cases in each group. The three groups were intravenously injected with the following drugs before surgery: in group A,Dezocine 0.05 mg/kg,in group B,Dezocine 0.1 mg/kg and in group C,normal saline(NS)0.9 mg/kg.The operation time, spontaneous breathing recovery time, consciousness recovery time, extubation time, visual analog scale(VAS)score, tramadol use and postoperative adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. Results There were no significant differences among the three groups in the time of operation, the time of spontaneous respiration recovery, the time of consciousness recovery and the time of extubation(P>0.05);The VAS score of the patients in group A and B was lower than that in group C at 5 min after awakening, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significance in the number of postoperative tramadol in group A and B(P>0.05).No nausea, vomiting or dizziness occurred in the three groups after operation. There was no significant difference in the incidence of restlessness among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Since the use of low-dose Dezocine 0.05 mg/kg can achieve the desired effect, intravenous Dezocine 0.05 mg/kg before surgery is the recommended minimum effective dose to prevent hyperalgesia after remifentanil anesthesia.
