Abstract:Two cases of acute immune thrombocytopenia after vaccination were collected and analyzed. The condition of case 1 was consistent with the clinical symptoms of acute immune thrombocytopenia caused by cytomegalovirus infection, and laboratory tests suggested cytomegalovirus infection, which was not associated with the time of vaccination, and is defined as a coincidental event of vaccination. In case 2, the acute immune thrombocytopenia was associated with the time of vaccination, and there was no other cause, which was an abnormal response to vaccination. It is suggested that the acute immune thrombocytopenia occurring after vaccination should be judged according to the specific situation of the patient, one kind may be the abnormal reaction of vaccination, and the other may be the coincidence of vaccination. In the future, the contraindication should be paid attention to reduce the incidence of coincidental event.
