摘要目的 探讨“互联网+”技术优化医养护模式对老年糖尿病患者的干预效果。方法 选取2019年5月~2019年8月萍乡市花园社区和江湾社区的100 例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶数分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50 例。对照组予以常规的医养护一体化养老模式,观察组予以“互联网+”技术优化医养护模式。比较两组患者干预前及干预3、6 个月后的空腹血糖(FPG)、早餐后2 h 血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白值(HbA1c);比较两组患者干预6 个月后的低血糖发生率;比较两组患者干预6 个月后的自我管理行为评分。结果 两组患者干预前的FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c 水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者干预3 个月后的FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预6 个月后的FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c 水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预3、6 个月的FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c 均低于本组干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预6 个月后的饮食合理、适当运动、血糖监测、足部护理、遵医嘱服药等自我管理行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实施“互联网+”技术优化医养护模式,可有效改善老年糖尿病患者的血糖达标率,降低患者的HbA1c 水平,减少低血糖发生率,提高糖尿病患者的自我管理行为。
Abstract:Objective To explore the intervention effect of "Internet plus" technology optimized medical care model on elderly diabetic patients.Methods One hundred patients with diabetes mellitus in Pingxiang Huayuan Community and Jiangwan Community from May 2019 to August 2019 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the odd and even number grouping method.Routine medical care combined with old-age care model was given to the control group,and "Internet plus" optimized medical care model was given to the observation group.The fasting blood glucose(FPG),blood glucose 2 h after breakfast(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the two groups before intervention and 3,6 months after intervention were compared.The incidence of hypoglycemia was compared between the two groups after 6 months of intervention.The scores of self-management behavior after 6 months of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in FPG,2 h PG or HbA1c between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The levels of FPG,2 h PG and HbA1c at 3 months after the intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of FPG,2 h PG and HbA1c at 6 months after the intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of FPG,2 h PG and HbA1c at 3 months and 6 months after the intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statically significant differences(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the self-management behavior scores of observation group were higher than those in the control group,such as reasonable diet,proper exercise,blood glucose monitoring,foot care,taking medicine as prescribed by the doctor,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of"Internet plus" technology optimized medical care model can effectively improve the blood glucose compliance rate of elderly diabetic patients,reduce the HbA1c level of patients,reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,and improve the self-management behavior of diabetic patients.
