Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing extension service on self-care behavior, complications and recurrence of lithotripsy under soft ureteroscope.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 116 patients with soft ureteroscopic lithotripsy treated in Beijing Fangshan District Liangxiang Hospital were selected.They were divided into study group and reference group by random number table method, 58 cases in each group.All patients were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under soft ureteroscope and nursing measures during perioperative period.The patients in the reference group were given routine discharge guidance at discharge, while the study group was given nursing extension service.After 6 months of intervention, the self-care behavior ability scores of the two groups were compared,and the complications of hematuria, urinary tract infection, low back pain and stone recurrence within one year were counted in the two groups.Results The scores of self-care behaviors in drinking water, scientific diet, regular diet and regular reexamination in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications and stone recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with soft ureteroscopic lithotripsy, nursing extension service after discharge can improve self-care behavior, reduce postoperative complications and reduce the risk of recurrence of stones, which has the value of application.
