Abstract：With the improvement of people′s living standard, the change of life style and work and rest pattern, the incidence rate of urinary calculi has also increased.How to prevent and treat urinary calculi has become a hot topic in urology.If urinary calculi are not treated actively, it may cause obstructive nephropathy or even renal failure.This paper discusses the clinical diagnosis and treatment of urinary calculi from the aspects of deficiency of kidney qi, dampness and heat in the lower jiao, qi stagnation and blood stasis, stone blocking collaterals and so on.It is based on through rows of stone method, combined with invigorating kidney qi, clearing heat and removing dampness, promoting qi and activating blood circulation, etc., with Sanjin Decoction as the basic prescription, the clinical effect is obvious and the injury and complications of the body are less.
