Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of coronary artery calcification detection combined with treadmill exercise test examination in coronary heart disease. Methods The clinical data of 249 patients with coronary heart disease from January 2017 to June 2019 in Liaoyang Central Hospital were retrospectively collected. All patients underwent coronary artery calcification score (CACS) and treadmill exercise test (TET),and coronary angiography(CAG) was used as the diagnosis criteria to compare diagnosis results. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CACS+TET examination were higher than those of two single examinations, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The coincidence rates of detection of coronary artery stenosis by CACS+TET were higher than those of single examination, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion CACS combined with TET can improve the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy for coronary heart disease, and has high clinical value.
