Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of photosensitive skin diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with photosensitive skin diseases admitted to Shenyang Seventh People′s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases).The control group was treated with conventional treatment of Compound Zinc Oxide Ointment or Hirudoid Ointment externally,the observation group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment externally.The treatment effect,the occurrence of adverse drug reactions and the conditions of skin lesions,itchy skin and dermatology life quality index (DLQI) scores of patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin lesion condition,itchy skin condition and DLQI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients with photosensitive skin diseases treated with Tacrolimus Ointment can obtain good therapeutic effects,relieve skin itching,improve skin lesions,and improve the quality of life of patients,and the adverse reactions of patients are fewer,the safety is good.
