Clinical effect of Bufei Huoxue Capsules in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Bufei Huoxue Capsules of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and its effect on pulmonary function.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,90 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease who were treated in our hospital were randomly selected as the subjects of the study.The patients were divided into study group and reference group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy,and the patients in the research group were treated with Bufei Huoxue Capsules.The treatment effect,pulmonary function,quality of life and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),one-second vital capacity(FEV1)and maximum expiratory velocity(PEF)of the patients in the study group after treatmentwere higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,social function and mental state of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with Bufei Huoxue Capsules has remarkable curative effect,significantly improves the pulmonary function of the patients,and has high safety,so it is worth popularizing widely.
