Abstract:Objective To use multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technology for image diagnosis in patients with limb bone and joint fractures, and analyze the diagnostic significance of multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technology. Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected limb and joint fractures treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were examined by digital X-ray plain radiography and multi-slice spiral CT post-processing techniques. The surgical result was considered as the gold standard, and the diagnostic accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of digital X-ray plain radiography and multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technology were analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of the post-processing technique of multi-slice spiral CT were higher than those of digital X-ray plain radiography, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis by multi-slice spiral CT were lower than those of digital X-ray plain radiography (P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technology for imaging diagnosis in patients with bone and joint fractures of the extremities can effectively reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and improve the accuracy of diagnosis. The value of implementation is significant.
