Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of intensive health cognitive nursing on the nursing effect of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods From March to December 2018,96 hospitalized patients with CHD treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by blind selection method,48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given intensive health cognitive nursing.The knowledge of disease of patients in the two groups was compared were compared.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)and nursing compliance were compared.Results The knowledge of disense score in the obervation group was higher than that in the control group; the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing compliance score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening health cognitive nursing can help inpatients with CHD acquire more disease knowledge,help them effectively alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,and improve nursing compliance.The clinical effect is remarkable.
