Abstract:Objective To explore the value of transvaginal three-dimensional hysterosonography in diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,36 patients with suspected intrauterine adhesions admitted to the gynecology clinic of our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were examined by transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound first, then by transvaginal three-dimensional hysterography, and finally 28 patients with intrauterine adhesions were diagnosed by hysteroscopy. The positive rate, missed diagnosis rate, misdiagnosis rate, correct rate, sensitivity and specificity of the two diagnostic methods were compared. Results The positive rate of transvaginal three-dimensional hysterosonography was higher than that of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of transvaginal three-dimensional hysterosonography were lower than those of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of transvaginal three-dimensional hysterosonography was higher than that of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of transvaginal three-dimensional hysterosonography were higher than those of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal three-dimensional uterine cavity contrast-enhanced ultrasound can diagnose intrauterine adhesion more accurately.Compared with common transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound,it has the advantages of missed diagnosis rate, low misdiagnosis rate, high accuracy rate, and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
