Abstract:[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of individualized calcium supplementation combined with Vitamin D in the treatment of children with retarded psychomotor development. Methods A total of 200 children with gross motor retardation admitted to our children′s health clinic from February to December 2018 were selected by Peabody motor development scale as the study objects, they were divided into the experimental group(104 cases)and the control group(96 cases)according to the random sampling method. The control group was treated with routine massage, while the experimental group was treated with individualized calcium supplement and Vitamin D on the basis of the control group(supplement according to the dietary structure and actual intake calculation difference of children). The childrens′ gross motor development quotient(GMQ)was measured after 1 and 2 months of treatment, and the motor function recovery rate was compared between the two groups. The motor development index(PDI)after 2 months was compared between the two groups. Results The motor function recovery rate of children in the experimental group after treatment for 1 and 2 months were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PDI in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized application of calcium combined with Vitamin D treatment can improve the early recovery rate and motor development of children with motor retardation, which is worthy of clinical application.
