Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the improvement of limb function and activity ability in patients with cerebral infarction (CIS) hemiplegia. Methods A total of 60 patients with CIS and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects, and the patients were divided into two groups by random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing. The upper and lower limb Fugl-Meyer motor function scores FMA score and daily living ability assessment index (Barthel) before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences between the two groups upper and lower limb FMA score, Barthel index (P>0.05).The limbs and lower limbs FMA score, Barthel in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the upper limbs and lower limbs FMA score,Barthel in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with CIS hemiplegia is obvious, which can significantly improve the limb function and activity ability of patients.
