Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in the First People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen City were enrolled between February 2019 and January 2021. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Urokinase thrombolysis, while the observation group was treated with Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis. The scores of National Institutes of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) before and after treatment, the occurrence of secondary hemorrhage and death between the two groups were compared. Results At 7 d and 3 months after treatment,NIHSS score in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of hemorrhage and death within 3 months after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve nerve function, with good long-term prognosis. And it can reduce the incidence of hemorrhage and death.
