Abstract：Objective To summarize the application effect of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle management mode on the party construction of the hospital, and provide theoretical guidance for further deepening party construction in hospital.Methods From January to December in 2017, our hospital adopted the routine method to carry out party construction, which was selected as a control group;from January to December in 2018, the PDCA cycle management mode was used in party construction, which was selected as an observation group.The attendance rate of meeting, the passing rate of theory assessment, the rate of satisfaction of hospital staff for hospital management, and the hospital party cadres′ practice evaluation score between the two groups were compared.Results The attendance rate of meeting and the passing rate of theory assessment in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);the total satisfaction of hospital management and the hospital party cadres′ practice evaluation score in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Applying the PDCA cycle management mode to the party construction in hospitals can improve the enthusiasm of party members and cadres to participate in party construction, it also can improve their theoretical knowledge and practice of party construction, and increase stuff′s rate of satisfaction on the hospital management.
