Management practice of COVID-19 isolation ward in primary hospital

Abstract:This article summarizes the experience of the construction and management of COVID-19 isolation ward in our hospital.The establishment of the COVID-19 isolation ward, the implementation of COVID-19 guidelines and workflow training for nursing staff, and the management of patients and medical waste were mainly described.Through strict training, the nursing staff have mastered various nursing skills, in order to do the protection work and to care patients well.The preliminary results are expected to provide reference for other wards to fight against the epidemic.
