Objective To investigate the clinical effect of posterior minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw rod system internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods A total of 60 patients with thoracolumbar fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group received posterior incision vertebral arch screw system internal fixation, and the observation group received posterior minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw system internal fixation. The operation duration, blood loss and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the length of operation was shorter than that of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group, all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the internal fixation of posterior pedicle screw and rod system, the posterior percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw and rod system for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures has a significant clinical effect and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
