Objective To explore the application of vascularized bone transplantation in the treatment of limb bone tumors. Methods From January 2015 to December 2018, 100 patients with limb bone tumor were selected as the research subjects, which were divided into study group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) according to the method of random drawing. In the control group, there was no vascularized bone graft after segmental tumor resection, and in the study group, the vascularized bone graft was used bone healing time, pre-and post-treatment visual simulation score(vas) score, clinical treatment effect, and treatment complications were compared between the two groups. Results The times of bone healing in the study group were shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups (P>0.05).The scores of VAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Vascular bone transplantation can effectively relieve the pain of patients with bone tumors in the extremities, reduce the time of postoperative bone healing, and have a low incidence of postoperative complications, which can achieve ideal clinical efficacy.
