Abstract：Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China′s disciplinary inspection and supervision has reached a new level. Adhering to the ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era led by Xi Jinping, implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the deployment of the second plenary session of Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and promoting the high-quality development of disciplinary inspection and supervision while ensuring stability are important tasks of the current disciplinary inspection and supervision units. In the new era, hospitals can give full play to their respective functions and carry out coordinated supervision through multi-department cooperation mechanisms to form a joint supervision force.This article mainly explains the main content of hospitals′ disciplinary inspection and supervision, and puts forward some suggestions for the problems existing in the current multi-department collaboration mechanism of hospitals.
