Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence of cervical cancer among rural women in Pulandian District,Dalian. Methods From June to November 2018, 6001 married women aged 35 to 64 years in 5 townships under the jurisdiction of Dalian Pulandian were selected as the research objects. Abnormal cases of cervical shedding cytology(TCT) were further diagnosed by colposcopy and histopathology, The gynecological disease detection rate was counted,and the TBS classification, age, education, and pathological diagnosis of cervical cytology in TCT-positive women were analyzed. Results The total positive rate of TCT test was 2.52% (151/6001), the detection rate of cervical cancer was 366.61/100 000 (22/6001), the detection rate of reproductive tract infection was higher, and there was no atypical scale in the diagnosis of TCT abnormality. The detection rate of squamous cell (ASCUS) and low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL) were higher. TCT abnormalities were mostly concentrated in women over the age of 45 years old with low education level. Histopathology mainly manifested as low-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions and Chronic cervicitis. Conclusion To improve the awareness of rural women′s self-care and regular screening in Pulandian District of Dalian City. For rural women with low education level and over 45 years of age, we should focus on strengthening health education and cervical cancer screening.
