全程集束化护理对转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌化疗患者生活质量和利用社会支持能力的影响

摘要目的评价全程集束化护理对转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌化疗患者生活质量和利用社会支持能力的影响。方法选取2016年12月～2018年11月在揭阳市慈云医院和广东省第二人民医院住院化疗的42 例转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各21 例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予全程集束化护理。比较干预后两组社会支持能力评分，对两组化疗前后癌症患者生命质量测定量表评分（FACT-G）、前列腺癌特异生活质量评分（PCS）进行比较。结果两组客观支持利用能力评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但观察组主观支持利用能力和社会支持利用度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组化疗后FACT-G 和PCS 评分高于本组化疗前，观察组化疗后FACT-G 和PCS 评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论全程集束化护理能有效增强转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌化疗患者利用社会支持能力，提高生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of whole-course cluster nursing on the quality of life and the ability to use social support in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Methods A total of 42 metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected，they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method，21 cases in each group. The control group received routine care，and the observation group received whole-bundle nursing. The ability of using social support，cancer patient quality of life measurement scale (FACT-G) and prostate cancer specific quality of life score (PCS) were compared in both groups. Results There were no significant difference in the objective support utilization scores between the two groups (P＞0.05)； but the scores of subjective and social support utilization in the observation group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The scores of FACT-G and PCS after chemotherapy in the two groups were higher than those before chemotherapy，the scores of FACT-G and PCS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Whole-bundle nursing can improve the ability of using social support and quality of life in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer chemotherapy.
