Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of caring management system in the management of closed wards of psychiatric department.Methods A total of 120patients with depression from January 2015to December 2018 in our hospitalwere selected into this study.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number tablemethod,60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing,and in the observation group,they received humanistic care.The negative emotion scores,total nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups of patients after nursing were analyzed.Results After nursing,the negative emotion scores of the two groups of patientswere lower than those before the nursing,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).The negative emotion score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).The quality of life scores after 1,2,and 3months of nursing of the two groupswere higher than those before nursing,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).The life quality scores after 1,2,and 3months of nursing in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Intervening the closed wardmanagement of psychiatric patients by adopting humanistic caremanagement is conducive to improving patients′physical and mental health,enhancing their comfort and improving their nursing satisfaction.
