Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of pain control nursing on negative emotions and exercise compliance after knee fracture surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 60 patients with knee joint fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to November 2018 was made, according to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30).The control group adopted routine nursing methods, the observation group received pain control nursing methods.The mental state, total exercise compliance,pain and total satisfaction of nursing of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)and self-rating depression scale (SDS), visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05); after the intervention, total exercise compliance and total satisfaction of nursing of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of pain control nursing in patients with knee fracture can effectively alleviate their negative psychology and improve their exercise compliance.
