Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy in patients with early gastric cancer. Methods A total of 50 patients with early gastric cancer admitted to Yangchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as subjects in the study. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine laparotomy. The patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy. The surgical conditions, the number of lymph node dissection, the postoperative complications and clinical effect ere compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss of patients in the observation group was less than that of the control group, the operative time, the first postoperative feeding time and the hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of lymph nodes dissected between the two groups (P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The significant efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy in patients with early gastric cancer radical treatment effect is good, although in terms of number of lymph node cleaning effect has no difference with conventional laparotomy, but the improvement of the patients′ surgery-related indicators is obvious,it can reduce the complication rate to some extent,it can improve the safety of operation and promote the follow-up recovery of patients,so it is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
