Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of psychological guidance intervention in patients with dual infection of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) and tuberculosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with dual infection of AIDS and primary/re-treatment active tuberculosis who were admitted to Maoming Chronic Disease Control Center from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing guidance intervention.In the observation group, psychological guidance intervention on the basis of the control group was added.The total treatment compliance the total, satisfaction, and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between two groups.Results The total treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).AIDS quality of life scale (MOS-HIV) scores of the AIDS patients, After the intervention, the dimensions of the two groups were higher than before the intervention.The MOS-HIV scores from various dimensions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological guidance intervention can effectively increase the treatment compliance of AIDS patients with tuberculosis, improve mental health and quality of life, and have positive practical significance and longterm social benefits.
