心理指导干预在艾滋病合并肺结核双重感染患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨心理指导干预在艾滋病（AIDS）合并肺结核双重感染患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月～2018年8月在茂名市慢性病防治中心收治的60例AIDS 合并初/复治活动性肺结核双重感染患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组给予常规护理指导干预，观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理指导干预，比较两组干预后治疗总依从性、总满意度以及干预前后生存质量情况。结果观察组治疗总依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；艾滋病生存质量量表（MOS-HIV）评分，干预后两组维度高于干预前，观察组MOS-HIV 各维度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理指导干预可有效提高AIDS 合并结核患者治疗依从性，改善心理健康，提高生存质量，有积极的现实意义和长远的社会效益。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of psychological guidance intervention in patients with dual infection of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) and tuberculosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with dual infection of AIDS and primary/re-treatment active tuberculosis who were admitted to Maoming Chronic Disease Control Center from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing guidance intervention.In the observation group, psychological guidance intervention on the basis of the control group was added.The total treatment compliance the total, satisfaction, and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between two groups.Results The total treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).AIDS quality of life scale (MOS-HIV) scores of the AIDS patients, After the intervention, the dimensions of the two groups were higher than before the intervention.The MOS-HIV scores from various dimensions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological guidance intervention can effectively increase the treatment compliance of AIDS patients with tuberculosis, improve mental health and quality of life, and have positive practical significance and longterm social benefits.
