Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy laser lithotripsy under X-ray localization in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 210 patients with ureteral calculi treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into open group(n=105)and lithotripsy group(n=105)according to computer random sampling grouping method. The open group was treated with open surgical stone removal, and the lithotripsy group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy laser lithotripsy under X-ray localization. The stone removal effect, surgical and postoperative recovery status, complications and quality of life of were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the complete clearance rate of stones at 1 month after operation(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the lithotripsy group was less than that of the open group. The operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the lithotripsy group were shorter than those in the open group. The total incidence of postoperative complications in the lithotripsy group was lower than that in the open group. The quality of life score was higher than that of the open group at 2 weeks after operation, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ureteral calculi with percutaneous nephrolithotomy laser lithotripsy under X-ray localization can achieve good stone removal, with less trauma, less complications and quick recovery, which can improve the prognosis.
