Abstract:Objective To explore the application of abnormal electrocardiogram(ECG)waveform training in first-line nurses in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Eighty patients with AMI admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to July 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method. In the control group, routine nursing was performed. The observation group focused on the implementation of abnormal ECG waveform training for the nursing staff. The time of arrhythmia and the hospitalization time after the onset were compared. The detection of arrhythmia during treatment and the successful treatment of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The time of recognition of arrhythmia and the hospital stay after onset were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).The detection rate of incidence of ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia and atrioventricular block in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).The success rescuing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For arrhythmia after AMI,improving the recognition of nursing staff can effectively shorten the hospital stay, increase the discovery rate of arrhythmia,as well as the success rate of clinical treatment.
