Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect and compliance of Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia.Methods A total of 134 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=67)and observation group(n=67)by odd and even grouping method.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group received Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,asthma symptom score,the ratio of maximum peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)accounting for the estimated value,compliance and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(97.01%)was higher than that of the control group(85.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of asthma symptoms in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the ratio of PEF accounting for the estimated value in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The score of asthma symptoms in the observation group after treatment was(0.24±0.02)points,which was lower than that in the control group of(0.41±0.04)points,the ratio of PEF accounting for the estimated value in the observation group after treatment was(97.22±9.46)%,which was higher than that in the control group of(89.27±8.75)%,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group during treatment was 98.51%,which was higher than that of the control group(88.06%),with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia in the elderly who are treated with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation have better effect and have high therapeutic compliance.The adverse reactions during treatment are fewer and worthy of being promoted and applied.
