Application effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in diabetic foot ulcer

Abstract：objective To investigate the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on treating diabetic foot ulcer with negative pressure closed drainage.Methods A total of 72 patients with diabetic foot ulcer treated in TCM Hospital of Zhaoqing City from October 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,36 cases in each group.The observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing measures,and negative pressure closed drainage was applied in both groups,the degree of pain relief and ulcer healing were compared between the two groups in one month after treatment.Results The pain relief degree of the observation group and the quality of ulcer healing were better than those of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%,higher than the 66.44%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion The TCM syndrome differentiation nursing has a good effect in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with negative pressure closed drainage,and quickly relieve pain symptoms and reduce the area of ulcer.
