Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care on the self-care ability of patients with breast cancer during perioperative period.Methods A total of 126 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to September 2017 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method，63 cases in each group.In study group，perioperative humanistic care was adopted，while in control group，perioperative regular nursing was used.The self-care ability and complications of the two groups were compared in the two groups.Results After the intervention，the scores of self-responsibility，self-concept，self-care skills，health knowledge and the total self-care ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group （P＜0.05）.The total incidence of complications of the study group was 6.35%（4/63），lower than that of the control group accounting for 19.05%（12/63），with statistical significance （P＜0.05）.Conclusion For patients with breast cancer，humanistic care adopted during the perioperative period can obtain a remarkable effect.
