MRI检查在非哺乳期乳腺炎与乳腺癌鉴别诊断中的应用价值

摘要目的探讨磁共振成像（MRI）检查在非哺乳期乳腺炎与乳腺癌鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2016年5月18日～2017年5月18日在我院就诊的27例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者作为乳腺炎组，93例乳腺癌患者作为乳腺癌组，均给予MRI检查，并对其检查结果进行比较。结果两组患者的MRI影像学特征比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；乳腺炎组患者的时间-信号曲线（TIC）Ⅰ型分布高于乳腺癌组，乳腺炎组患者的TICⅡ型分布低于乳腺癌组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者的TICⅢ型分布比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论采用MRI对非哺乳期乳腺炎与乳腺癌患者进行鉴别诊断，意义重大，值得采纳。

Abstract：Objective To explore the applied value of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）in differential diagnosis between non-lactating mastitis and breast cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis 27 patients of non-lactating mastitis treated in our hospital from May 18，2016 to May 18，2017 as mastitis group.93 patients of breast cancer as a breast cancer group，all patients were given MRI examination and the results were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the imaging characteristics between the two groups （P＞0.05）.The distribution of TIC type Ⅰ in mastitis group was higher than that in breast cancer group，and the the distribution of TIC typeⅡ in mastitis group was lower than that in breast cancer group，with statistical significances（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the distribution of TIC type Ⅲ between the two groups （P＞0.05）.Conclusion It is of great significance to differentiate nonbreast-feeding mastitis from breast cancer patients by using MRI.
