Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of ultrasound-guided Mamotong breast minimally invasive surgery and conventional surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumors. Methods A total of 60 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to February 2017 were enrolled.According to the treatment method, they were divided into the study group (30 cases)and the control group (30 cases). The control group used traditional surgery, the study group underwent ultrasound-guided Mamotong breast minimally invasive surgery. The operation time, hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss, the incidence rate of complication and treatment satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, hospitalization time, healing time, scar length of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group, the incidence rate of postoperative complication rate,VAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the treatment total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided Mamotong breast minimally invasive surgery has a significant effect on patients with benign breast tumors. The operation time is shorter, the intraoperative blood loss is less, the hospital stay is shorter, and the postoperative complications are less, postoperative recovery is rapid,it is worth promoting in the clinic.
