Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Isotretinoin Soft Capsules combined with collagen dressings in the treatment of rose acne and its effect on skin lesion related indicators.Methods Eighty-four patients with rose acne admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study.Random number table method was used to divide the patients into control group (n=42) and combined group (n=42).The control group was treated only with the Isotretinoin Soft Capsules, while the combined group was treated with Isotretinoin Soft Capsules combined with collagen dressings.The clinical efficacy and changes of skin lesion related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the combined group (97.62%) was higher than that in the control group (85.71%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the type, color, number, and pain symptom score of the combined group were compared all lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in both groups during the treatment period.Conclusion Isotretinoin Soft Capsules combined with collagen dressings for the treatment of rose acne can obtain good clinical effect, and the skin lesion indicators can be significantly improved, thus it has great application value.
