Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of early rehabilitation training in the nursing of hypertensive patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 110 patients with hemiplegia due to hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 55 cases in each group. In the control group, routine nursing was used, while in the observation group, early rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group was added. The daily living ability, limb function, nerve function and quality of life of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results There were no significant differences in the activities of daily living ability (ADL), limb motor function (FMI) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing, the scores of ADL, FMI and American Concise Health Measurement Scale (SF-36) in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing and early rehabilitation training for hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage in hypertensive patients can effectively improve the neurological function and limb function, and enhance their ADL and quality of life.
