Abstract:Objective To discuss the application effect of optimized referral path in community patients.Methods A total of 256 community patients admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Jiujiang City in Jiangxi Province from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected.Patients who underwent the general referral procedure from January to December 2016 were divided into the control group, and patients who underwent new referral path from January to December 2017 were used as the observation group, with 128 cases in each group.The satisfaction and relapse of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized referral path has a certain value and can help to implement more effective and specialized treatment for patients, which can be promoted in the clinic.
