Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of oligohydramnios at late pregnancy trimester on the pregnancy outcomes. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women admitted from October 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group (n=60) and the control group (n=60) according to amniotic fluid conditions. The observation group had oligohydramnios at late pregnancy trimester, the control group had normal amniotic fluid levels at late pregnancy trimester. The perinatal conditions (pregnancy-induced hypertension, post-term pregnancy, labor stage, postpartum bleeding volume), perinatal infant′s conditions (neonatal asphyxia, amniotic fluid pollution, fetal malformation, fetal growth restriction, aspiration pneumonia, Apgar scores) and delivery modes (vaginal delivery, cesarean section) were compared between the two group. Results The incidence rate of pregnancy-induced hypertension, post-term pregnancy, fetal distress, fetal malformation, amniotic fluid pollution, fetal growth restriction, neonatal asphyxia and aspiration pneumonia in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The course of labor and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were more than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The Apgar score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the cesarean section rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion During pregnancy, oligohydramnios can have adverse effects on the prognosis of perinatal infants. The correct delivery mode should be selected in time to improve the prognosis of perinatal infants.
