甲基强的松龙与硫酸镁治疗重症支气管哮喘的效果

摘要目的探讨甲基强的松龙与硫酸镁治疗重症支气管哮喘的效果。方法选取2017年5月～2018年2月在我院接受治疗的110 例重症支气管哮喘患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（n=55）和对照组（n=55）。对照组在常规治疗的基础上采用甲基强的松龙治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加入硫酸镁治疗。治疗后，比较两组的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率以及肺功能指标[呼气流量峰值（PEF）、肺总量（FVC）、最大呼气第1 秒呼出气量的容积（FEV1）]。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.55%，高于对照组的81.81%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率为3.64%，低于对照组的16.36%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的FVC 为（3.87±0.95）L，高于对照组的（2.89±0.87）L，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的FEV1 为（2.50±0.78）L，高于对照组的（2.01±0.41）L，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的PEF 为（3.41±0.96）L/s，高于对照组的（2.73±0.53）L/s，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论甲基强的松龙联合硫酸镁治疗重症支气管哮喘效果较好，安全性较高，肺功能改善较好，值得临床推广。

Abstract： Objective To investigate the effects of Methylprednisolone and Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 110 patients with severe bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled, they were divided into the observation group (n=55) and the control group(n=55) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Methylprednisolone on the basis of conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate on the basis of the control group.After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions, and the lung function indicators (peak expiratory flow [PEF], total lung volume [FVC], volume of gas exhaled in the first second of maximum expiratory volume [FEV1]) were compared between the two group.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.55%, which was higher than that in the control group (81.81%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.64%, which was lower than 16.36% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The FVC of the observation group was (3.87±0.95) L, which was higher than that of the control group ([2.89±0.87] L), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The FEV1 of the observation group was (2.50±0.78) L, which was higher than that of the control group ([2.01±0.41] L), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The PEF of the observation group was (3.41±0.96) L/s, which was higher than that of the control group ([2.73±0.53] L/s), the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma has better effect, higher safety and better improvement of lung function, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
