Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy observation of compound salvia injection wet dressing in newborns with infusion extravasation.Methods82 cases of neonatal patients with infusion extravasation from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (42 cases)and the control group (40 cases).Patients in the control group were given wet dressing with 50%magnesium sulfate solution;while the observation group were given wet dressing with compound salvia injection. The time of swelling disappear, treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe beginning swelling disappear time, markedly effective time and totally swelling disappear time in the observation group were shorter than those in the contrl group;the total effective rate(97.62%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).During treatment, there was no adverse reaction in the observation group, while the incidence of adverse reaction in the control group was 10.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment effect of compound salvia injection wet dressing in treating newborn infusion extravasation is better than 50% magnesium sulfate solution wet dressing, which with short onset time,no obvious adverse reactions and suitable for clinical application.
