Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Nifedipine treating threatened premature labor. Methods 80 pregnant women with threatened premature labor treated by our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as research objects and they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)using the random number table method. The observation group was treated by Nifedipine, while the control group was treated by Magnesium Sulfate. The curative effect and the incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups were compared. Results The success rate of tocolysis in the observation group was 77.5%,and it was 75.0%in the control group, and the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group(15.0%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(40.0%)(P<0.05).The rate of extension time of gestational week>48 h and>7 d in the observation group was 30.0%,45.0%respectively,and it was 27.5%,42.5%respectively in the control group, and the difference between the two groups in the prolongation of the gestational age was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of Nifedipine and Magnesium Sulfate treating threatened premature laboris similar, but the adverse reaction is fewer for Nifedipine, and it has no adverse effects on the newborn, and in can be used as the choice drug treating threatened premature labor.
