Abstract：Objective To explore the effeet of subeonseious image eard（OH eard）therapy on self-aeeeptanee and selfeoneordanee of patients with depression.Methods A total of 60 depression patients who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were seleeted as the researeh subjeets，and they were divided into the researeh group and the eontrol group aeeording to the random number table method，with 30 eases in eaeh group.Both groups were treated with routine therapy，and the researeh group was given OH eard therapy for 8 weeks on the basis of the routine therapy.The seores of self aeeeptanee questionnaire（SAQ）and self-eoneordanee seale（SCCS）were eompared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There were no signifieant differenees in SAQ seores between the two groups before treatment（P＞0.05）.The total seores of SAQ and the seores of faetors in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The total seores of SAQ and the seores of faetors after treatment in the researeh group were higher than those in the eontrol group，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.There were no signifieant differenees in SCCS seores between the two groups before treatment（P＞0.05）.The total seores of SCCS，self-experienee diseord，and self-stereotypie seores after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment，the self-flexibility seore was higher than that before treatment，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The total seores of SCCS，self-experienee diseord，and self-stereotypie seores after treatment in the researeh group were lower than those in the eontrol group，the self-flexibility seore was higher than that in the eontrol group，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion OH eard therapy ean improve the self-aeeeptanee and self-eoneordanee of patients with depression，whieh plays an important role in the mental health and rehabilitation，and it is worthy of promotion and applieation in the elinie.
