心理护理对精神分裂患者康复期社会功能的干预效果

摘要目的探讨心理护理在精神分裂患者康复期中的应用价值。方法选取2015年5月～2017年3月在我院治疗的92例精神分裂患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组、对照组，每组46例。研究组实施心理护理，对照组实施常规护理，比较两组护理效果。结果研究组患者阳性症状、阴性症状、正常精神症状以及总分与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。研究组患者社交功能、职业能力、生活能力、家庭功能以及总分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者总满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理护理在精神分裂患者康复期具有重要意义，有效促进其社会功能恢复，提高生存质量，维持良好医患关系。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 92 schizophrenic patients treated in our hospital from May 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The study group was given psychological nursing,the control group was given routine nursing,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in positive symptoms,negative symptoms,normal mental symptoms and total score between the study group and the control group(P＜0.05).The social function,professional ability,life ability,family function and total score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The patients′satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing is of great significance in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia,which can effectively promote the recovery of social functions,improve the quality of life and maintain a good doctor-patient relationship.
