Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention combined with transcatheter Tirofiban in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 120 acute myocardial infarction patients treated in our hospital from October 2014 to May 2017 were selected as subjects, and were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with percutaneous coronary intervention, the treatment group was treated with transcatheter Tirofiban on the basis of the control group. The postoperative TIMI blood classification,LVEF level, the incidence of cardiovascular events and bleeding were compared between the two groups. Results After the operation, the TIMI blood classification of patients in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and LVEF was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events in the treatment group(5.0%)was lower than that in the control group(16.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of bleeding between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of percutaneous coronary intervention combined with Tirofiban in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction is remarkable, safe and reliable. It is worth spreading and applying.
