Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze and compare the therapeutic effect of anticoagulant and double antithrombotic therapy in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD)and atrial fibrillation (AF).Methods A total of 100 patients with CHD and AF treated in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into research group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to the double-blind method. In the control group, double antithrombotic therapy was used, while in the research group, anticoagulation was adopted. The situation of follow-up visits, utilization rate of proton pump inhibitor(PPI)and scores of HAS-BLED and CHADS2 were comparatively analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in secondary end point events and bleeding events(P>0.05).The main end point event in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PPI utilization rate in the study group (14.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group (42.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.722,P=0.001).The CHADS2 score of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the patients in the research group had a statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with CHD and AF,the anticoagulant effect is better than that of double antithrombotic therapy. The former improves therapeutic effect and reduces the risk of hemorrhage simultaneously, and has a high application value in clinical practice.
